Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited was incorporated as a private limited Company in 1963 and converted into a public limited company in January 1964 under the Companies Act 1913 of British India. now Companies Ordinance 1984, and is listed on all the three Stock Exchanges of the Country. Its Head Office is in Lahore. It has been nearly 50 years that they are building, servicing, maintaining and operating the gas pipelines across the country. Today, nearly 6.5 million consumers in Northern Central Pakistan by securing the lands of r Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir has been enjoying gas facilities because of the quality services provided by SNGPL. Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited company has been managing a 94263 km big gas pipelines storng network covering approximately the northern part of Pakistan. In this paper we have presented the use of condition based maintenance management techniques with a geographical information system (GIS) for asset management of a gas distribution network of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited.

Moreover, the SNGL does not charge any amount in lieu of submission or processing of applications.
